There’s a reason it’s called “Personal” Shopping — everyone is unique! Perhaps you’ve been unable to find the piece you’ve been looking for at retail or online shops. That’s where we come in! We’ll search out thrift stores, garage sales, and digital marketplaces to find you what you’re looking for — any reasonable request is accepted!

Absolutely nothing! We love the thrill of the hunt, so we are pleased to offer shopping services at no charge! If and when we find your perfect piece, then (and only then) will we charge you for the cost of the piece, plus a 25% commission for your shopper.

For example, if you hire a shopper to find you an item and we are able to find it for $100, the cost to you would be $125 ($100 + $25 commission for locating, procuring, and storing your item)

That depends on the item! There are lots of factors that can affect the availability of items, but our shoppers are committed to keeping you informed of the status of the shopping process every step of the way.

We will hold your item(s) for a maximum of 3 weeks free of charge, with each subsequent week subject to a $15 per week holding fee.

We will process payment only once you have approved the item(s) for purchase. In the event that there is a change in item availability in between receipt of your payment and procurement of your item(s), you will receive a full refund. Otherwise, all sales are final.

Delivery fees are based on the distance we must travel from our doorstep to yours. There is no charge for pickup.
